A defect in the inversion valve may delay park brake engagement, which could allow the vehicle to move unintentionally. With the parking brake applied and the automatic transmission in the 'Drive' or 'Reverse' position, and when the stationary PTO switch is engaged by the operator, the engine RPM will ramp up and may overcome the parking brake's ability to hold the vehicle.
