What NHTSA is examining

Odi is aware of approximately 32 reports alleging unintended sidestand deployment while riding.according to polaris, this occurs when the retaining spring detaches from its frame lug which may be damaged when riding over roadway defects.on september 5, 2003 polaris submitted a defect notification report (announcing that it was recalling the vehicles) to the agency.with that action, the investigation is closed.
