IT HAS BEEN DETERMINED THAT THESE VEHICLES WERE MANUFACTURED WITH INCORRECT AXLE INFORMATION PRINTED ON THE FEDERAL CERTIFICATION LABEL. THE ACTUAL AXLE RATING (GAWR) IS 5,080LBS AND IS LISTED AS 5,200LBS ON THE LABEL.

THE REFRIGERATOR MAY HAVE A DEFECT IN THE BOILER TUBE. PRESSURIZED COOLANT SOLUTION COULD BE RELEASED INTO AN AREA WHERE AN IGNITION SOURCE (GAS FLAME) IS PRESENT.
