THESE VEHICLES HAVE THE INCORRECT FEDERAL ID TAG, TIRE AND WHEEL INFORMATION LABELS WHICH FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF PART 567, "CERTIFICATION."
