“Vin# [xxx] ~ a 2010 chrysler (t&c 230k miles) after turning vehicle on or while driving, these things often happen: 1) front windshield wipers come on by themselves.... 2) windows cannot be rolled down at any time while driving or parked 3) dash lights come on (esp, air bag off, rpm, mph, fuel, etc…”
