“Antilock brakes do not function properly. Vehicle losses control at low rates of speed when braking on wet/slick surfaces. Recently has spun 360 degrees on a left hand turn in wet weather, traffic conditions were favorable and no damage occurred .continual problems in cold weather, brakes will fail…”
